On behalf of House on the Rock Christian Ministries, we humbly welcome you today to this great house. 

House on the Rock Christian Ministries is a Christ centeredness and heaven focus Christian assembly with diverse people but a common faith that binds us together. We are Apostolic pentecostal in beliefs, practice and operation and are called to build on the foundation of the apostles, Jesus Christ being the chief cornerstone. 

House on the Rock Christian Ministries is a vibrant spirit- filled church in Hatfield reaching out to people with diverse backgrounds. 
We believe church should be an exciting place where we connect with God and His people through fellowship. 

Our name is derived from Jesus question to his disciples and his response to Peter's   answer in Matthew 16:13 -18. We therefore believe the church of God is  built on the revelation of who Christ is. 
We also believe a person must be born again to be part of the church of Christ. In Acts chapter 2:38 - 41, Peter replied, repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins.
And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.  The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off for all whom the Lord our God will call. With many other words he warned them; and pleaded with them, "Save yourselves from this corrupt generation"

Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to the church (to their number that day).
